No Place I'd Rather Be :)

November 16, 2015

Happiest Missionary!

Dear family, Dear friends,

Thank you for all the love and support you give each week. As a missionary the simplest message from a loved one brightens your whole day, so thank you:)

This week has really strengthened my testimony. The first experience was with baptizing Benard:) I have never seen his father so excited:) Benard is such a sweet boy and we hope he will continue forward to the temple one day and establish the foundation of his life on gospel principles:)

We watched the Sunday morning session of conference in Twi on Sunday, but our Branch President let us take the dvd home and we watched in English. So so wonderful. All I have to say from the small that I've watched is President Monson is a man of God and truly a Prophet, seer and revelator of our day.

My testimony was strengthened as I learned of the loss of a loved one. My dear Grandfather Trotter has passed away. This has been the hardest thing for me so far, but I can feel his love for me. I can feel how important this work is and without it my Grandfather would not have been a member of the church. He is such a sweet and humble man. I look forward to the day we meet again:)

Dear family and friends, I know this is the restored gospel... with all my heart. I know Jesus Christ understands our pains and sufferings. He sees our loss and his Grace is sufficient. I really thought about ether 12:27 this last week and truly if we humble ourselves the Lord will make our weak things become strong. I love you all and bear you my humble testimony in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Benard's baptism day!!

*Not quite sure what's going on here...but I like it. ha

It's great to have Tongan elders in your apartment!

*Elder Bramwell bought a pair of clippers!
"I cut Elder Cole's hair, on my own, no help."
(*Of course now all the missionaries are going to look like Marines. haha.)
